Problems customers often report
- Reduced fresh-air exchange
- Condensation or drainage concerns
- Unexpected noise or odour
- Filters or heat-recovery core need service
Practical inspection and cleaning for filters, heat-recovery cores, fans, drains and the airflow paths that support fresh-air exchange.
Service scope depends on safe access to the equipment. Replacement parts, specialized materials, inaccessible components, additional repairs, parking, or return visits are not included unless they appear in the approved quote or are authorized separately.
An HRV exchanges heat between outgoing and incoming air. An ERV also transfers some moisture. Both require clean filters, clear airflow paths and periodic core inspection.
